We want you to love your Rare Beauty favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the request.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your products in the original box if possible, ensuring all lids are tightened, and attach the return label to the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
